The authorities have launched an investigation after discovering a man's body over the weekend in Montgomery County. Elmer Camacho-Aguilar, age 30, was discovered in the 800 block of University Boulevard East in Silver Spring, Maryland, suffering from trauma at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, according to the police.
